International visitors, when on an official mission to the city—in groups or individually—have the support of the Mayor’s Office for International Affairs to schedule meetings and technical visits to the city’s secretariats and departments.
To request a visit, fill the request form and send it to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.

What should I know before requesting a visit?
You need to send the request at least 15 days in advance so that we have time to organize the appointments.
Within 72 hours after you send us the email with the completed form, we will send confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam inbox or contact us at +55 41 3350-8141.
Do you charge for the visits?
No. The official and technical visits are a free service offered by Curitiba City Hall. It is expressly prohibited that third parties charge groups or delegations for the agenda arrangements.
May I request a virtual meeting?
Yes, in most cases. Taking into account the limitations to international travels, it is possible to schedule virtual meetings with the secretariats and departments.
Can City Hall offer financial aid to cover my group’s travel costs?
No. We do not offer any kind of financial aid for the visits and meetings in the city.
What language will be used in the meetings?
According to availability, the meetings can be conducted in Portuguese, English, Spanish or French. We are going to share this information in advance and, if necessary, the visitors must hire interpreters to assist in communication.
Will my group have the opportunity to meet the mayor during the visit?
Due to the various appointments on the mayor’s schedule, in most cases it will not be possible to meet him in person during the visit.
What should I do before the visit?
We will send you an agenda with the details about the appointments we have arranged. You must review the document and report back any discrepancies or problems encountered.
Plan your routes in advance and check the travel time to the meeting place, avoiding delays.
What are the recommendations for the day of the visit?
We recommend that visitors arrive 10 minutes in advance for scheduled appointments. If you run late, please inform us immediately by calling +55 41 3350-8141.
Taking pictures and videos during the appointments is allowed, unless a City Hall representative informs otherwise.
